Mrs. Stacey Gafner - School Counselor

Stacey Gafner is the school counselor at Oconee County Primary School.

With experience in education and a strong background in child development, Mrs. Gafner is passionate about supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student. She holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Liberty University.

Mrs. Gafner believes in building strong, trusting relationships with students and families, and takes a hands-on, individualized approach to meet each child’s unique needs. Whether she’s teaching classroom guidance lessons, working with small groups, or providing one-on-one support, her goal is always to help students feel confident, connected, and cared for.

When she’s not at school, Mrs. Gafner enjoys spending time with her four children. She is proud to be part of the Oconee Primary family and is excited to continue making a positive impact on young lives.
